This is not a story about how I killed a microwave by cooking a burrito for 60 minutes rather than 60 seconds. This is just a story about how one man in his daily quest solved a nagging problem that was bothering him just a little too much.
The other day when I was chatting to Craig, I mentioned that I liked to blog about problems that I had solved so that others did not have to endure the pain.
This was such a day.

Hi Nigel,
although not 100% my area, what I like about this is that you actually took the plunge, delved into the depths of that beast that is SAP and figured it out yourselves. I think that’s in general a problem these days. Peeps just want a cut&paste solution without any motivation to actually understand what they’re doing. You only learn something by actually trying out and doing it yourself – it’s the only way.
The Buddhist in me would say: “The path, not your destination, is the ultimate goal.”.
So, if I sign up for TechEd, will I see you in action on stage?
Thanks Michael. Yes although the destination looks fun the journey is very often where al l the growing and learning is.
If you sign up for TechEd you will find me in the Redmonk Track in Community Day.
